# Body Type Analysis: What Protein Type, Mixed Type and Carb Type Mean

> The Body Type Analysis is the heart of the Advanced NEMAPO77 Challenge. Three types, three nutrition strategies and why getting the assignment right changes everything.

Two people eat identically, train identically. One transforms their body, the other stagnates. The reason is not discipline or genetics but individual biochemistry: the relationship between the autonomic nervous system and the cellular oxidation rate.

## Why one-size-fits-all fails

"Fewer carbs, more protein" produces dramatic improvements in some people while making life harder for others. It reflects fundamental differences in how different people metabolize macronutrients.

## The protein type

Dominant sympathetic nervous system, fast oxidation rate. Carbohydrates are burned too quickly. Optimal macro distribution: 40-50% protein, 30-40% fat, 20-30% carbs. **WOO® Protein** and **[WOO® Amino](/en/shop/woo-amino-can)** - available in our shop.

## The mixed type

Balanced nervous system, medium oxidation rate. Optimal macro distribution: roughly 33% each.

## The carb type

Dominant parasympathetic nervous system, slow oxidation rate. Optimal macro distribution: 50-60% carbs, 25-30% protein, 15-20% fat. **WOO® Vegan** and **WOO® Shape** - available in our shop.

## How it is determined in the Advanced Challenge

The NEMAPO77 Advanced Challenge uses a 28-question assessment with four blocks: direct dietary response (60%), autonomic nervous system (25%), cellular oxidation rate (15%) and a consistency check.

## Frequently asked questions

**Can my type change?**
Your basic type is relatively stable. Extreme chronic stress can shift it temporarily.

**Are there blood tests for metabolic type?**
No. The assessment is based on self-observation and autonomic responses.

**What if I fall between two types?**
The mixed type is the safest starting point.
